Parramore Oaks is a mixed-income, multi-family community located in the historic Parramore Neighborhood of downtown Orlando, Florida, minutes away from Orlando’s Central Business District, Amway Center, and the Creative Village. Parramore Oaks is planned as a two-phase development that will total 211 affordable multi-family residences once complete, comprised of 4-story multi-family apartment buildings as well as two-story stacked apartment buildings.
Phase 1 of Parramore Oaks totals 120 units which finished construction in December of 2019 and operates consistent with the 40/60 minimum set-aside as required by Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code (“IRC”). Phase 2 will consist of 91 additional multi-family residences which will operate consistent with the newly established “Average Income Test”. Phase 2 of Parramore Oaks is anticipated to begin construction in Fall 2021.
