InVictus Development is excited and proud to announce the opening of Parramore Oaks Phase Two, located in the Parramore neighborhood of Orlando, FL. The property, which completed May 31st 2025 and is already 100% occupied, consists of 91 apartment units with rents set at 30%, 40%, 60% and 80% AMI utilizing Income Averaging. The unit mix consists of eleven one-bedroom, fifty-eight two-bedroom and twenty-two three-bedroom units. When combined with the first phase, InVictus has provided a total of 211 badly needed units in this neighborhood.
